To renew or apply for a U.S. passport, you can visit the official U.S. Department of State website: travel.state.gov.

We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport as there are no flights directly to the island.

It is about a 25 minute ferry ride from the Cancun to Isla Mujeres.

There are multiple ferry companies - Ultramar, Jetway, and Xcaret Xailing, offer regular crossings from various ports in Cancun, including Puerto Juarez, Playa Tortugas, Playa Caracol, and El Embarcadero.

We use the Ultramar ferry out of Cancún - Puerto Juárez port. We recommend buying the ferry tickets ahead of time and buying the Premium Ticket (seperate line, straight on to the boat). Link listed to the website for ticket purchases.

Golf carts and scooters are a great way to get around and experience the island!

There are a lot of beautiful private homes & condos available for rent on Isla, and you can access them via AIRBNB.

The wedding venue house is located on the South side of the island, but anywhere on the island is great and close as the island is 7 miles long.
